The owners may resume development of the lower part of the site, and that might be flats. I think thats great news for that part of the city. GoGo_dancer Posted March 31, 2015 Share Posted March 31, 2015 Today the University announced it will take a long lease on the former Head Post Office Building at Fitzalan Square. This will provide an impressive new home for Hallam's Sheffield Institute of Art (SIA). The Grade II listed building is currently being sympathetically restored and refurbished.
