My issue is most companies want written approval from my landlady to come and assess whether I'd be a suitable candidate. In a catch22 situation, my landlady wants me to find out if it's suitable before she signs a written permission document. I guess she just wants more info before the go ahead. Is there anyway I can find out if I'm suitable by just giving a few specifications about the roof? Rear of the property faces 212° (SSW). Angle of the roof angle is approx 20°. If that's any help.
