Plain Talker
Wensleydale. Cracking cheese, Gromit! lol I like Wensleydale, but my real favourite is Halloumi cheese, a Mediterranean cheese which is very firm. It doesn't melt and lose its shape when grilled or fried. It's mild in flavour, but is absolutely delicious, when cooked, served with grilled fresh tomatoes in a pitta bread. MMMMM!

medusa
I've got a bit of a love affair with Yorkshire Fine Fettle cheese at the moment, which is a ewes' milk feta-style cheese. Fabulous with some lovely fresh wholemeal bread and some caramelised red onion relish
