What is your favourite cheese?

Probably rochefort with chicory leaves, celery, crushed walnuts, red wine vinegaror balsamic and black pepper.

 

+1 to that, but I would swap the celery for pan-fried beetroot :)

 

Not keen on cheeses with bits of fruit in them, apricots and the like, other than that, no cheese lasts long in our house...
