Bypassblade
Very rarely do I have cheese, but if I treat myself, I love Cheshire or Caerphilly cheeses, trouble is I end up chucking them away as cannot possibly eat all the block myself & it goes stale. Alcoblog
I visited the Wensleydale dairy in Hawes (Yorkshire Dales) whilst on holiday last week! As such, I'm now steering clear of Wensleydale for a while due to overindulgence! . Mainly, I prefer runny cheeses. Chaorce is superb but Tesco's (in their infinite stupidity) have stopped stocking it. Investigations are now under way for another Chaource source. I've yet to find a Camembert or Brie that's not delicious. Stinking Bishop has to be the King of cheeses though in my opinion. The great thing is, my O/H can't stand the smell of it ... so I get to eat it all by myself!
Mecky
Good old cheese on toast is good with cheddar though, with a dash of Hendo's of course.

cressida
This is a cheese which is new to me, Badoz Vacherin - £7.99 for 350g. The cheese is not matured it is eaten fresh and on sale for just a few months of the year it is made from cows milk, the name comes from vache the French word for cow, soft and creamy its in a round wooden box which can be heated if that is your preference, Vacherin du Haut. Anyone tried it?
