Nagel
This is a cheese which is new to me, Badoz Vacherin - £7.99 for 350g. The cheese is not matured it is eaten fresh and on sale for just a few months of the year it is made from cows milk, the name comes from vache the French word for cow, soft and creamy its in a round wooden box which can be heated if that is your preference, Vacherin du Haut. Anyone tried it? Good choice and one of my favourites.

EdnaKrabappe
Sage derby is my absolute favourite, the one with the line of sage through it always tastes better than the marbled one. I also love cottage cheese, jarlesberg, Yfenni which is a mustardy cheese, halloumi and feta. And don't knock Philladelphia either- a great soft cheese. I'm not a huge fan of fruit cheeses but I will eat them esp wensleydale and cranberry.
shaunfl
A nice bit of Mahon is a favourite of mine but not easy to get locally. The Five Counties is nice and makes tasty sarnies, grated with a bit of onion !!
