Total Chaos
personaly i think they will give her a fine maybe community service a conditional discharge and may be a drugs awareness course , as someone eles said it all depends what she said in interview if she no commented in interview (which im sure here solicitor would advise her to )she may be ok but if she mentioned anything about sharing it then shes up a certain creek without a paddle As above, she didnt harm anyone else,so would it be in the public interest to imprison her?.If she was intending to supply it would have been bagged up into individual wraps and ready to go.To the Op a first offence does make a difference and is taken into consideration.I got a caution for an offensive weapon in a public place, because it was my 1st offense. discodown
What if I told you that taking drugs isn't necessarily a problem?
regatta
What if I told you that taking drugs isn't necessarily a problem? Drugs are a problem and they cause problems.
discodown
No. People abusing drugs because of their illegality are a problem. Drugs in themselves are innocuous they don't do anything. Its only when you introduce governments, lack of education, money, fear and criminals into the equation that you get problems.
Waldo
Drugs in themselves are innocuous they don't do anything. If they don't do anything, why do people take them? Either for medicinal or recreational purposes; if they don't do anything, as you say, why on earth would people take them?
