The fundamental classes are intended for beginners such as yourself. There are always people that have just started, so you won't be the only one. We are a friendly bunch. T-shirt and shorts/jogging bottoms are fine. Pop along and give it a go!

I do Bjj at Kapap Sheffield. The BJJ classes are friday 6.30-7.30, saturday 4-5 and sunday 10-11.

The new guy who runs it all is called simon, the classes are informative but laid back and you will feel comfortable with every one there. (I do and Im new and pretty bad at it at the moment!)
