polo mint
Is it legal to smoke shisha pipes in enclosed public places? The reason that I ask is I came upon a cafe at Heeley that was offering the pipes to customers at £10 a throw. Not only that they had none of the no smoking signs on display that I understood are required by law.
monkey104
Was that £10.00 to smoke or to buy the sheesh a? It' still illegal to smoke them in a public enclosed space though.

monkey104
Flipping heck! I used to pay a dollar in Beirut for a strawberry flavoured shisha and a bottle of Budweiser.
vinyl
I do believe it is illegal. There was a recent case of a similar place in Manchester being fined £3000. I think not displaying the signs is punishable with an OTS fine in itelf.
warrior8
Yes it is illegal. Many of the cafes try and get away with it by having an outdoor area covered with a roof.
