Forget about it and take up a sensible hobby.................like train spotting. At least you cant get into trouble train spotting. You are leaving yourself open to adverse comments (See above posts) 2. As a police officer, special or otherwise, you should not be commenting on an open forum especially with some of the contentious subjects posted here. 3. Cookingfat Posted September 12, 2012 Share Posted September 12, 2012 kmy sons a special for the last 2 years he was in the cadets before that he is now at univercity in sheffield in his 3rd year, in the hope of being a full time bobby sooner than later. he got into the specials through hard work, he did get in and goes out regulary 2 or 3 times a week you have to go out a least once a month, but you can do as much as you want or as little you do get expences on his first day on patrol he made his first arrest of a bloke carrying a knife as an offence weapon, he was very chuffed on his first day outbut he as to be a bit canny because full time coppers like to have the arrest for their arrest sheet apparatly they can get a bit miffed if specials get the body when he first came home with his uniform it looked like he had grown anothe foot and hes 6ft 2inch as it is he does the city centre cause theres more people around and his favourite reason he eyes up all the ladies specially at week ends well good look theres nothing i can tell you about inerrview, when i said he looked like he'd grown well when he put his uniform on it weided a ton with the belt its a wonder he could walk again good look dont forget you wont be on your own there will be a good fe more with you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
