spart
Hi, thanks for your response. However, it's still not clear to me. I claimed ESA in December once the initial 13weeks had passed I received a letter telling me that from week 14 I would be getting income related ESA. Due to a decision on my capability to work I was put in the support group. (I had not attended any work capability assesment). I also was awarded the disability income guarantee. I also receive the lower rate of DLA for care and mobility. However I attended a work capability assesment in August and have now received a letter saying I am capable of work and that I will no longer be receiving ESA. A lot of the information they have quoted is incorrect and they actually scored me zero points, however I didn't think I should have had to attend one of these assessments with being in the support group as I don't have to submit medical certificates either. Can anyone help me with this?
