Upperthorpe
He came whithin a whisker of being arrested accouring to the Met police federation. He was told to desist and he eventually did According to the police you mean? Forgive me if i dont instantly believe it
I1L2T3
He disputes some of what was said Well he would. Because if he admitted to saying what has been recorded by the police he'd be sacked, not forced to resign.

ronthenekred
Thats right. So we have to take the coppers word for it and we all know how honest the police are. Careful, you'll be tarnishing all police as one in the same...even the 2 lasses who were murdered.
Upperthorpe
Careful, you'll be tarnishing all police as one in the same...even the 2 lasses who were murdered. Who said im not? Whilst its ok for people to say "sack all tories, they all blah blah blah" its not ok to say all (or more likely most) of the coppers on the streets are less than honest? I feel for the two young girls who were murdered and hope the murderer gets his karma but lets not start playing games here. Had the two officers not been murdered, peoples view on this whole thing would have been very very different. If you want to know how honest the police are, just look at Hillsboro. What was it, 23 years before the truth came out?

He's just closing the loop and exhibiting the kind of mindset that got Mitchell in trouble to begin with. That's why he's on Mitchell's side I guess.
