ricgem2002
After his disgusting outburst at the police today this arrogant cretin should be dismissed. All in Favour? yes along with the rest of them:hihi:

SevenRivers
Good to see even the people in power can be the victim of a total jobsworth.
villacal
On the news it says ha called the copper a pleb. If that's what all the fuss is about the world has gone mad. Pathetic.
SevenRivers
The worst thing is that he said it the day after those two poor WPCs were killed in Manchester. It's disgusting really. IPCC and ACPO released a report yesterday about sexual predators in their own ranks. http://www.acpo.presscentre.com/Press-Releases/ACPO-and-IPCC-joint-release-More-should-be-done-to-stop-police-officers-who-exploit-others-for-sexual-gratification-1a5.aspx
SevenRivers
Surely Andrew Mitchell has just become a folk hero. Who hasn't at sometime wanted to call a copper a pleb? He should be knighted.
I1L2T3
He is rumoured to have told the copper to go and do something useful like attending burglaries in Manchester. Blimey. That's beyond nasty (even for a Tory) and if he did say that I've changed my mind and he has to go.
villacal
Police screaming for him to be sacked it's a pity the aren't as quick to sort their own bad apples out.
Mister M
I'm no Tory but I don't think Andrew Mitchell should resign. He disputes that he used foul language against the policeman, but acknowledges that he shouldn't have called the policeman a "pleb". The body representing rank and file officers also weighed in and called his behaviour a disgrace. The same could be said of their treatment of the Home Secretary at their conference earlier in the year when she told them things they didn't want to hear. It's all very well for police representatives to demand respect and civility, but they must also give it to others - whether they hold public office or not.
