I1L2T3 Posted February 6, 2014 Share Posted February 6, 2014 Just to be clear this is the officer who lied, pretending to be at the scene, and emailed a police record of the incident to his local (Tory) MP. The right outcome, obviously. The PC involved in the original incident, Toby Rowland, has not been charged with any offence or with misconduct.
