AWOL
There might be many man made religions, but there's only one God, or Universal Power if you prefer, it's the spirit or soul within us all. I believe we all have it, we just don't all take much notice of it. And that's entirely up to the individual. Personally I think it's as essential as food and drink. So Ghandi was wrong?....Post 32. RootsBooster
Of course. You. So are you saying that we're all gods or just me?
Anna B
So Ghandi was wrong?....Post 32. No, of course Ghandi wasn't wrong. He was very wise and making an important point; that for a starving man food is a priority that overides everything else until he is fed. God 'appears' to him in the form of food. Waldo
So are you saying that we're all gods or just me? I'm proposing, there is no god, other than that which you are.

Anne B, so what you are basically saying here is if a person has needs, those needs are prioritised. God appears in the form of what satisfies those needs. Anne B, so if a man needed to take a dump, would God 'appear' to him in the form of a turd?
RootsBooster
I would think most gods, don't realise they are god. Mostly the ones who are not aware of themselves as undifferentiated oneness. Can you give an example of one? Of course. You. So are you saying that we're all gods or just me? I'm proposing, there is no god, other than that which you are. Very wishy-washy indeed
