Bakewell market

thinking of going to bakewell tomorow for market any ideas how much parking is.

 

For 6 days it'll be quite a lot :)

 

The farmer's market, if that's the one you mean, is the last saturday of each month, so it's next weekend :)

 

I appreciate there's probably another one don't worry.

 

As for parking, there are two main car parks - one's short stay, about £2.50 for two hours, the other long stay, and about £4.50 for most of the day from memory. Enjoy - Bakewell's lovely. Looking forward to the markets next weekend. :)

Bakewell Market takes place every Monday, part of the market is held on the square in front of the Co-op building and the other part, in front of the police station. The traders on this lively, vibrant and thriving market, provide visitors with a variety of goods and fresh produce, whilst meandering up and down the aisles visiting stalls. Bakewell is the only Market Town in the beautiful Peak District National Park. The Charter for this Monday market was granted in 1330, the third year of Kind Edward 111's forty year reign.
