walkertelecoms
This isn't a technical question so not for the TECH area, which website do you use for searching the internet generally. Can assume many are using Google.co.uk but I'm trying to establish a preference for the general populous. Thanks.
PeteMorris
Surely a 'browser' would be IE, or Chrome, or whatever. But for searching, it's gotta be google every time. (I would have thought)

Jeffrey Shaw
I changed to Google Chrome but because of its failure to provide adequate 'print' facility- and my IT guy's advice- I now mostly use Mozilla.Firefox (which, I think, are two names for the same thing). As to searching the Internet, as such, I prefer ask.com over google.
WallBuilder
Google has become annoying with it's default settings reverting and quite often the site wont even give me the option to go to advanced search which is annoying as well. I have yahoo as another search provider and have shortcuts to them both on my desktop

Jeffrey Shaw
I never use the word 'browse' in this context; I prefer 'search'.
Cyclone
Is this a question about what search provider we use or about which browser we use?
Jeffrey Shaw
Is this a question about what search provider we use or about which browser we use? To help novices (such as I), please explain the distinction!
