Ousetunes Posted September 25, 2012 Share Posted September 25, 2012 I have written and recorded over 30 of my own songs and I am hopeful that I have protected my songs by way of copying them to CD then posting the CD back to myself, registered post. The date then acts as the copyright date just so long as the package containing the CD remains unopened. That's how I've always done it. Whether it's water-tight or not I don't know and in all fairness, am unlikely to find out!
