They can be mistaken, misled by 'information' from programs such as Watchdog, or magazine articles, or junk they've read on forums, but it would be impolite to tell anybody outright that they are wrong, so you don't do it to a customer I'm with you on this one. Customers who are gits and get their own way just become worse. You HAVE to throw the rulebook at them else THEY are the group most likely to become litigious, and if you have bent the rules you won't have a leg to stand on Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
