Warm autumn day - go for a walk and enjoy the amazing colours in the trees, then head home at twilight before it gets cold. Good advice. If you're feeling down, a good walk say at least 3 times a week, can be very beneficial psychologically. Also, try and get a bit of daylight on your skin (even if the weather is overcast) as lack of vitamin D can make SAD (Seasonal affective disorder) much worse.
