So you thought incorrectly, by conjuring up a false cabal of 'top people'. But

Courts do not make the decisions,its the personnel within who wield the power.

No, because a 'Court' is not just a building; it's the decision-maker too.

 

Either way, the Court heard both sides' evidence. Neither you nor I did.

So the Court's decision is obviously more founded on evidence than yours and mine can be.

A court is a building,and when empty of people is rendered useless.It is the people within the court who exercise power.I still hold the judiciary form part of an elite,the establishment,people whose role is to maintain the status quo.You will not see this as you have studied law in a vacuum rather than as a product of social conflict,so you will believe in its neutrality,which I believe is a myth.

 

I do not know where the cabal came from,personally I dislike foreign fare.
