*Peaches*
How much woul it cost me, to get a new pump fitted? R reg ABS warning light has come on, suspect its only a sensor, but whats worst case scenario cost wise?
carosio
Quick scan on CarParts 4 less gives the price for a Honda 1.8 pump as.................£1800! Get one cheaper on ebay though, or local breakers. Hopefully its a brake pad connection or similar.
newstar
Quite a few Japanese car breakers in Attercliffe, try them.
zigzag
I would say £50 for a second hand pump and about the same to have it fitted but chances are its a wheel sensor or a spit reluctor ring it may be just a dirty connection. The first thing you should do is have the plugged in to a decent diagnostic tester so you know whats needed and then check out the parts on ebay so have a rough idea what it will cost. I am sure there is a few on here that can fit the parts for a reasonable price.
*Peaches*
This was for a car we were going to possibly look to buy, luckily we were advised against wasting the trip, and funnily enough the guy selling it cancelled on us because it wouldn't start!
