I think it varies.

 

When I first married my wife, she was the best thing on the planet.

 

We lived together and she was still 'pretty good'.

 

We lived together a bit longer and she was OK

 

Then it went downhill a bit

 

But now- having been married for over 30 years (and we were hardly young when we got married) -

 

I realise that she isn't 'the best thing on the planet' - she's 'the best thing in the universe.'

 

I am a really lucky bear.

 

If you want to ask her ... go ahead!

 

(But I suggest you wait until spring. Hibernating bears get really upset if you wake them. :hihi::hihi:)

He's a 1 and would say I'm a 5 at least. Unless the pregnancy hormones have kicked in in which case I think I would rate a 12 in his eyes. We've only been together 10 months nearly and I adore the bones of him and know its reciprocated, good job really as our daughter is here in less than 3 weeks!! Fun thread op
