It's many years since I last re-upholstered a caravan but I went to London road for the foam. I don't know if they still do it but if you provided them with your required measurements they would also cut the foam for you as well. That really was a service worth having because if you've ever tried cutting foam yourself then you'll know just how hard and unsuccessful it is! Looks like it's been chopped with a hatchet whereas if it's cut properly the edges are lovely and smooth.
