partypixie Posted October 17, 2012 Share Posted October 17, 2012 it is nice as i have lived here for coming up to 4 years now and no problems. but as for having everything you need, would not agree with that; everything shuts down chap by midnight, even most of the takeaways. but then i suppose thats the price paid for keeping the area nice and fairly trouble free... agree about the transport though... 5nil Wal Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 Ive lived in burncross for past 13 years with no problems, only faults are transport links to sheffield as it can take over an hour to get home in the rush hour and buses are not very frequent. pubs are great and serve good food, good local school but nearest takeaways are in chapeltown which is a mile walk Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
