nexusdee
My kitchen leads straight out onto my back garden & with dogs & children the Lino gets discoloured pretty quickly - normal mopping doesn't get the ingrained dirt. I've found using Cilit Bang with some good old elbow grease gets my Lino up like new every time

foxforcefive
Try a couple drops of Washing up liquid with a bit of bleach in a bucket of hot water, apply with scrubbing brush and elbow grease, the W-U-L cuts through the grease, whilst the bleach cleans and brightens. Strix
don't use abrasives on vinyl. They will 'matt' the surface If it's discolouration due to contact with rubber, you're stuck with it I'm afraid If they're actually genuine linoleum tiles, you can use a mild abrasive such as Cif on them Really we need more info
