hankypanky1
Which has better reputation and word of mouth to take on clinical negligence claims against the NHS on a private-paying basis? Thompsons Vs Irwin Mitchell Vs Russel Jones Walker or your suggestions please However, on Solicitors from Hell, all three of these firms are listed http://www.solicitors-from-hell.co.uk/ I have all evidence I need, and how to go about it. I want a law firm on a private paying basis and my family can make decisions for me. It's simple but I can't find the right one.
medusa
I'm not sure that anybody can give you the information that you are seeking or that could (or even should) be the basis of why you may choose one solicitor over another. I would estimate that you will be able to find good and bad feedback from virtually every solicitor practising, if you ask their clients. However, good feedback does not indicate necessarily that the solicitor was effective at their job and bad feedback does not indicate necessarily that the solicitor was ineffective. Both of these things could have been heavily coloured by the merits and individual circumstances of the case.

I want a law firm that puts client's needs first no matter what and does so on a private-paying basis and has a reputation for it.
