Need your honest help of what you would do in my situation

Recommended Posts

I do not think you will win a case on the grounds of damage or harm but you might win on the grounds of lack of valid consent. You need to get good advice on this. Prof John Mew.

I can't work now and suffer from mental health problems. So can I not sue for damages??? or is it just pain and suffering?

You're asking the wrong people- you need specialist legal advice.

Just what I was thinking.

I have had enough of this joker now. 8 attempted new theads on the same subject.

Its gone from a simple dental negligence claim to psychological damages to mental capacity to mental scarring...

We had had queries on scamming benefit, faking mental capacity to instruct, avoiding DWP repayments, exaggeration about the injuries and not providing consistent, credible and coherant instructions...

We have had statements as wild as wanting to start a business but not having mental capacity to manage their own affairs through to the guaranteed dead cert case with a world record settlement.

Lets not forget their insistance that they are going to pay privately. Tens of thousands of pounds of fees paid for by someone ON BENEFITS. Yeah right....whatever

All this time spent on all these threads.

For someone who allegedly has such a strong case but such weak capacity to instruct a lawyer themselves - the OP has certainly being sound of mind enough to keep setting up threads on here and play the game.

I suspect the OP has been to several solicitors who have told him exactly what he can do with their fraudulent claim. They are clearly not listening to the advice they have been given numerous times now.

Can someone please bring an end to this madness.

PS: Dear OP,

since your 6th thread has been closed I will quickly summarise for you as a last bit of advice. You want your personal and financial information kept confidential - you cant! You are making a claim for compensation. You are on benefits. Anything you claim for will have to be disclosed and proven. Your whole claim will be based on the evidence YOU disclose that includes personal information - without it your lawyer will have nothing to work with and you would be laughed out of court. That includes information related to your income, savings and benefits in recepit. A court will order all of this and for your claim to proceed you will have no right to withhold it. Failure to comply will sound huge alarm bells to a Judge and certainly the Defendant Solicitor

The NHS approved my orthodontic treatment as a child, but my nhs

records were not

initialized by the orthodontist.

who is held accountable???

on my notes there is no NHS number recorded.

I had treatment under NHS?

Doesn't that mean he has to update the NHS records but because he

didn't my orthodontic treatment is not on NHS records as it was

carried out by private Orthodontist.

Date of Knowledge applies to me. I only recently found out.

This falls under catastrophic injury.. i have depression and anxiety as a result of treatment
