dvp82
Welcome to the forum. From what people on here have said, unless you're looking for a top end bike JE James don't really come across as customer friendly. We bought our last bike from Tony Butterworth on Catch Bar Lane, not a huge range but more than adequate for our needs. Other than there, I'd suggest Langsett Cycles who have a greater range and also good customer service. Even if you are spending big bucks on a top end bike, J E James still don't always come across as customer friendly.
1910 semi
Bought our bikes from Evans in Castleford. You can buy them online from them but we went up and bought bikes we hadn't considered initially. Found after sales and servicing fine with them but we did with decathlon and james as well.
