Miners' strike policing: MP calls for Orgreave inquiry

Recommended Posts

What did that criminally insane son of hers do to earn a Knighthood ???? He's as bent as a nine bob note......

Nobody has embraced Thatcherism more than her son Mark. The international businessman who possesses no qualifications, ability or social conscience and who's been pursued around the world by lawsuits and tax investigations for the last thirty years.

The old witch was batty BEFORE she left Downing Street.

You have defined the problem . The snatchers son got a knighthood purely because he was her son. The class system STINKS! Privilege STINKS! But, nobody knows how to get rid of it.:(

There are far too many pretend tories jumping on the real tory bandwagon thinking that they are wealthy too, cos they bought their council house.

The protests were stamped down at a fairly modest level. The Police would have been justified in being far more direct - in my book ;)

I wonder did you see the police rehearsing for weeks before the orgreave protest.

They were preparing for something that they knew was going to happen as it was part of the governments strategy.

During the strike the roads were routinely blocked by the police and cars suspected of carrying pickets were turned around

How is it on that day all protesters were allowed into the area around orgreave?

It was indeed a military operation, planned by military strategists. Some of the "police" numbers that day were in fact highly trained marines.

The BNP leader at the time-John Tyndall, suggested sending the army in; seems like Thatcher already had!

Bang on again. This forum is full of 'pretend Tories'................................the poor confused souls. Thats why the wage slave is now 'in it up to the neck'. Pretend Tories dont need unions, they dont need employment laws which protect their rights. Cameron is obsessed with employment law, why dosn't he turn his attention to criminal law and prosecute some of his thieving mates. [ Mind you, they would only plead insanity].

What's a 'pretend Tory'?

Somebody who doesn't embrace left wing politics by any chance?
