Conrod
http://www.general-election-2010.co.uk/2010-general-election-results.htmlAs I suspected, they are nothing to do with the results in ENGLAND that I was referring to.
Conrod
You certainly are gifted..............:hihi: You should be on X Factor.......sweeping up afterwards:loopy: Is your lack of credible response so absolute that all you have is a lame attempt at personal insult? alchresearch
http://www.general-election-2010.co.uk/2010-general-election-results.html And by the same logic used in your statistics: 8,604,358 voted for the Labour party 21,049,280 voted against the Labour party
mikem8634
As I suspected, they are nothing to do with the results in ENGLAND that I was referring to. Fair enough. In ENGLAND - 9,931,029 voted for the Conservatives 15,154,068 voted against the Conservatives.

So, more people voted Conservative in England than voted Labour in the whole of the UK. Very useful figures, thank you.
Tradescanthia
Is your lack of credible response so absolute that all you have is a lame attempt at personal insult? Thats not a personal insult, its me laughing at your defence of a lost argument. Why not just accept it, the shire counties elect Torys, cities dont. Torys get to Westminster due to a strange electoral system which wouldnt be acceptable in most civilised countries. When we get rid of the Torys we will become civilised again. The calling of non Torys "less energetic or gifted" speaks for itself. Torys have this attitude that only they work hard and all that crap. I see poor souls, conned into coming to the UK, working very hard for minimum wage, and Camerons Torys want to reduce their pay even further by abolishing the minimum wage. Cameron and his friend 'Mr Wonga.com' sum it all up. Exploitation is their forte and the 'intellectually challenged' types who support their evil policies will eventually be exploited themselves, if not already. Where did I say that non-Tories were less energetic or gifted? I didn't. Some people are more gifted than others; that's just nature, but you're looking for things in my post that just weren't there. Conservatism has been around for hundreds of years, and will continue to be. Labour's brand of socialism is just a political fad that will pass, as increasingly countries across the world wake up to the folly of left wing governance and revert to a traditional capitalist democracy. You might not like it as you wave your red flag, but you'll need to get used to it old chap.
mikem8634
Remember that most English voters are decidely Conservative, and outside of the inner city sink estate areas the Tory majority is massive. 9,931,029 voted for the Conservatives 15,154,068 voted against the Conservatives Dear oh dear, wrong again. Remember - think then speak - or Google then post. It only takes a moment and would save you looking quite so unprepared.

If the Tories win a seat, it's a Tory majority. In England there are a lot more Conservative seats than Labour seats. I'll leave you to work out the rest, but in England it's a Tory majority. Conservatism/Capitalism HAS been around for hundreds of years..........so has diarrhea. But its easier to get rid of diarrhea....... Go back and read your own post, you will see the words 'less energetic or gifted' used in the context of suggesting that socalists are such natured. You should try Specsavers............
