Dough was quite good but a little inconsistent in the thickness which resulted in some bits being better cooked than others. I prefer a thin base. Note the 40cm refers to the length - they are rectangular. I thought it slightly better than Italian Express (which seems to have gone downhill a little recently..). How misleading!
