Festive Menu – 2 courses – 13.95 or 3 courses - 15.95 Starters Duck liver terrine with brioche and orange chutney Smoked haddock blini’s with olive tapenade Spiced pumpkin soup (v) Mains Turkey Roulade – white and dark turkey meat stuffed with bread sauce and cranberries and served with roast potatoes, honeyed Chantenay carrots, nutmeg sprouts and a white wine and cranberry gravy. Venison Wellington – fillet of venison wrapped in port pate and winter leaves and encased in glazed short crust pastry. Served with roast potatoes, honeyed Chantenay carrots and a creamy Diane sauce. Fillet of Salmon – pan fried salmon served on potato and celeriac mash with wilted spinach and a rich tarragon and mustard sauce. Winter Vegetable Dauphinoise – layers of sweet root vegetable slow roasted in cream and garlic. Served with honeyed Chantenay carrots, nutmeg sprouts and a sloe gin and cranberry gravy (v) Dessert Mulled wine compote with homemade shortbread Christmas pudding topped with brandy butter Chocolate and praline terrine with whipped cream Cheese board Festive Buffet Menu – Tapas with a Christmas twist – 11.95 per person - For groups of 10 or more people.
