cgksheff
Hi it is going to be just cold food like, cakes and pies.. The law does not require you to have a certificate, but it does expect you to have documented evidence that you have dealt with the health risks that could be reasonably expected. You have not said what kind of "market" this is going to be. Some markets have their own rules that may expect you to have certificated training. berrin
Hi cgksheff, Thank you for the replies. I just would like to sell some cakes and cold food in Xmas fairs by hiring a stall. It is basically a place where they sell hand made crafts, gifts and food, etc.
