Boot camp style fitness sessions run by Professional Rugby players

P:Ro Fitness are running boot camp style fitness classes at our private gym facility in Sheffield city centre. The classes are run by professional Rugby players and come with guaranteed weight loss and fitness improvements!!

 

-FIRST SESSION FREE, come and try one of our sessions to see if you enjoy it!

- No contracts or joining fee's, just pay as you go fitness at £5 a session after your free trial!!

- Get fit, have fun and lose weight!!

- Flexible timings for group sessions!!

- Based on Lambert street, behind the Fire and Police Musuem. S12DA

- Affordable personal training also available.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your interest.

We run sessions at 6:30 to 7:15,

7:30 to 8:15

16:30 to 17:15

17:15 to 18:00

On Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Hopefully you will be able to come to some sessions!!

Hi,

 

We are currently are running

6:30, 7:30 am Monday and Friday sessions

and 5:30 pm Tuesday, 6 pm Thursday.

All our sessions last for around 45 minutes.

 

Hopefully these work for you? we are also looking to start running more sessions in the near future.
