Does it have to be centretainment?

 

I think prezzo does gluten free, as does either Ask or Zizzi(or both). Bella Italia also does I think.

 

Las Iguanas and La Tasca at Meadowhall also do gluten free (marked on the menu).

I think most of the big chain restaurants such as the centertainment ones do have a gluten free menu. Its the smaller family run type ones you might have problems with, but, if you were to call in advance and tell them of any dietary requirements, I'm sure most would be able to source ingredients to accomodate.
