Where to bury Richard III

Recommended Posts

Yet he is getting interred in Leicester Cathedral, which I point out is an Anglican Cathedral :D

His curse will be upon the priest who does the service. :D Any person who in his day held beliefs contrary to the Church of Rome was a heretic and would have been burned so poor old Richard in effect is getting a heretic's funeral

Prior to the reformation, the churches in England were owned by the English people and the congregations comprised English people.

AFAIK; Catholics accept that Anglican funerals are valid and Anglicans accept that Catholic funerals are valid.

The real question is who gets paid for doing the funeral?

And, of course, who's doing the paying?

All you had to say was.." Before and after".

I wonder how I can, "Make money," from all this!

You can't..his only living descendant's onto a good number though if he plays his cards right.

On second thoughts...T-shirts, cups, plates etc..

How about back in the grave they found him?

Seriously what does it matter? bury him in the nearest Graveyard, as long as it's a respected funeral and he's laid to rest what the Hell does it matter?

One thing I do know is that having a full state funeral at this point would be ridiculous, while we have people who cannot heat their homes and stuff.

Normal, respected burial, at a normal price local to where he was found, finished.
