Disabled parking in Sheffield

The issue I intend to take up with them is that they delayed responding until after the deadline to pay £35 and then didn't send the form that is used to appeal, but are raising the fee again as we wait for the form. A private company behaving like this would come under criminal investigation. As a government organisation is behind it, I plan to call for a competence investigation.

 

This is pure victimisation of the disabled and not good for my partner's MS as he's supposed to avoid stress.
