NaomiLinton
Is anyone interested in taking part in a charity sky dive? The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign is the UK’s leading charity focusing on all muscle disease. Every year 100 boys are diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a muscle-wasting condition that causes muscles to weaken and waste over time leading to increasingly severe disability. The condition affects not only the muscles in the limbs, but also those of the heart and lungs, and few babies born with Duchenne muscular dystrophy will live to see their 30th birthday. Thanks to promising breakthroughs a treatment may be on the horizon and it is vital that funds are available to continue ground-breaking research. Until 31st of October, registration will cost only £29 and students will be expected to raise £399 (inclusive of the registration fee). All funds raised will be used to support the vital research projects the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign is funding. For more information email volunteerfundraising@muscular-dystrophy.org[/email or you can check out the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign website - make every day count. Best of luck to all, Naomi Linton
