Crosser Posted October 31, 2012 Share Posted October 31, 2012 Common sense should dictate that if someone witholds their number, then they obviously don't wish you to call them back. If they don't want you to call them back, then they wern't going to say anything you need to hear. As for Hospitals, then surely they SHOULDN'T withold their number especially if it's important, afterall that could be the difference between life & death in some circumstances.
