PeteMorris
It's kinda difficult to advise given the information you provided. Are you saying you've plumbed in 2 washing machines, and neither will empty?

nikita
Yes does sound like a problem with outlet pipe.Have you checked it has no blockage ,run water through it and check outside.

PeteMorris
Ye plumbed them both in it is high enough there were a bit of blockage but we got tht out And it still doesn't drain, even though you cleared the blockage? Can you hear the pump working? (a sort of a low munching noise) Does the water drain if you take the pipe out and put it at floor level into a bowl or something? Is there a filter that needs cleaning out? Usually a circular disc towards the bottom of the front of the machine which you have to remove to get at it! PeteMorris
Still not emptying my partner took front bit off a bottem n there's no filter at front cud it be at back It's a possibility the filter is somewhere else. But it's usually at the front for ease of access. If the water drains at floor level, then there probably isn't a blockage. I'm a bit stumped to be honest! If the pump is churning. It makes no sense that it wont empty, but I'm no expert!
