Has anyone been to the EIS Adult Boxing classes on Tuesdays/Thursdays?

 

I'm thinking of going, I like boxing and I basically wanna lose weight and get fit, but do it by incorporating some boxing into it, but I don't want to compete or get my nose broke haha, I'll leave that to the professionals.
