Kespic Posted November 9, 2012 Share Posted November 9, 2012 I was on a hen weekend in Sheffield a couple of years ago and we went to 23 Bar and Restaurant at West One Plaza. Restaurant and Bar, as well as low stakes gaming or learn to play sessions for parties. Bar packages from £15, 2 course sit down meal with £5 gaming chip £20, 3 course sit down meal with £5 Table chip, £5 Slot chip and a drink £30.
