Funky_Gibbon Posted November 11, 2012 Share Posted November 11, 2012 If your bank have refused your PPI claim you can appeal this with the Financial Ombudsman Service http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk Download their complaints forms, filling it in with your details and send it back to them. It will take a long time for them to look at your appeal as their caseload is immense but it's essentially the same thing any PPI claim company would do on your behalf. Save yourself some money.
