Whats to stop them all leaving now? There are now almost a million more Puerto Ricans in the US than on the island. Looks like the ones who wanted to leave have done. Until the GOP finally accepts that the USA is a nation of immigrants and it has to try to engage with them it may well out of power for a long irrespective of Puerto Rico's future.
