so many alternatives, perhaps all that is needed is a tick box which says "human"

The purpose of a census among other things is to establish how demographic change is affecting each state and local areas. Sometimes the results of a census can determine if the boundaries of a Congressional voting district need to be redrawn to give effective reprentation to people of other ethnicities increasing in population size of a given area

:suspect:

Did you just happen to stumble across 'asian-ladies-personals' whilst you were surfing the net I wonder?

haha, no I Google image searched "hispanic" and then "asian". Hispanic was straight forward but I had to change my search for Asian as you wouldn't believe the amount of porn you get. So a few hours later and after a little sleep I changed my search to "Asian Lady" and found the picture I linked.

Why? That did not happen to Alaska [49] or Hawaii [50], did it?

Alaska was land bought by the government and Hawaii was a territory (like PR) during WWII and as a thank you, brought them into the union.

PR passing the vote to become a state is a HUGE deal, as government has been wanting to make them a State for over 30 years. I welcome it.

Though, where I grew up, keeps wanting to become its own state. Thats just a laugh!

This will put a further nail in the Republican coffin, and keep Democrats in power for decades.

The Republocrats are in charge already.

Obama continued Bush's wars, didn't revoke his tax cuts (like he promised) and has conspicuously failed to rein in the Wall Street kleptocrats.

President Barack Obama has closely followed the policy of his predecessor, President George W. Bush, when it comes to tactics used in the “war on terror” — from rendition, targeted killings, state secrets, Guantanamo Bay to domestic spying, according to Michael Hayden, Bush’s former director of the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency.

He said that was the case because, in one differing path between the two presidents, Obama in 2009 closed CIA “black sites” and ratcheted down on torturing detainees. But instead of capturing so-called “enemy combatants,” President Obama kills them instead, Hayden said.

There you have it ladies and gentlemen, Obama is simply a more lethal Bush. Instead of concerning himself with capturing potential enemies Obama has decided it would be far more expedient to just order their executions.

Of course Obama is an improvement on Bush in one area, he's a much better autocue reader.
