AWOL
A better comparison would be the land lord doesn't allow drunks in his pub but must allow gay drunk in because not to do so would be discrimination according to the judge. That was coming next!

mikem8634
Unless they are drunk? From the Institute of Race Relations: Discrimination – To treat one group of people less favourably than others on the basis of their ‘race’, nationality, ethnic or national origin or religion. Discrimination can be either direct or indirect. Direct discrimination takes place when ‘race’, religion or nationality are used as explicit reasons for discriminating. Indirect discrimination applies when regulations and procedures (though not set up to discriminate) have the effect of discriminating against certain groups.http://www.irr.org.uk/research/statistics/definitions/ From the Oxford English Dictionary Discrimination - the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex. If you take this opportunity to learn you never need to misunderstand discrimination ever again. It will improve you as a person and may lead to a life of attaining knowledge in a bid to bring light to the world. Who knows where it may take you... That was coming next! It is not unjust to deny a drunken man more alcohol. It is a small distinction but the details can be tricky when you take no time whatsoever to research what you are talking about.

Have you got any links to it? Isn't he just bullying?
