melthebell
Conservative fundamentalism aside, he's Egyptian but resides in the UK, so why is he being deported to the States, why not Egypt if anywhere? He just has some extremist views, it's not like he's a murderer or anything. hes not being deported hes being extradited...the title is wrong

If all he did was praise 9/11, then however sick that is, it shouldn't be a crime. Freedom of speech and all that, even for the likes of him. He's wanted for: The US government wants to put Abu Hamza on trial on 11 charges, alleging he funded terrorism, organised a "terrorist training camp" in Oregon between 1998 and 2000, and conspired to take 12 Westerners hostage in Yemen in 1998. say the BBC. jonsastar
Excellent Abu hamza lifed up for treason, lets hope the yanks have the balls to do that which our own government probably hasnt done. And thats milk Hamza for every bit of information he knows about the plots to terrorize democracy. Be it with bombs, poisoning food resources and water resources or by infiltrating our governments and all our strategic power jobs with Islamic puppets trying to defraud destroy and pilfer from our society. And what ever plans they have come up with that I cant think of. After all llets face it, thats what'll happen if we don't put a stop to it. (Id be surprised if its not a puppet that deletes my post)

They should have stuck him on a plane as soon as the ruling was made.Let the Americans keep him and do what they want with him.I don't give a fig about his rights,he has used them all. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7466946.stm another fine ruling. I agree with your final point but Abu Hamza is currently serving a prison sentence here, so presumably he'll have to finish that term before he gets sent anywhere? By the time that's up, presumably the appeals processes will have been exhausted and he'll be sent off to face the music in the USA.
