taxman
What Remains went right off the deep end in the final episode. It went all "Single White Female"
tinfoilhat
The newsroom is back. It's still too earnest and self righteous for its own good but the acting is often excellent and I come away feeling entertained and informed.

Guest
Watched the first three episodes of Haven on LoveFilm. So far, it's a sort of X-Files meets Northern Exposure meets Twin Peaks sort of programme (it's based on a Stephen King story). It's fun, quirky and not too dark, but a bit insubstantial. I hear it improves greatly as the season goes on. Only thirteen episodes per season, so I should be able to zip through the three that are available fairly quickly. Great to see the poor, doomed Jesse from Buffy in a major role.

Funky_Gibbon
Sound Of Cinema on BBC4. Superb three part documentary on the use of music in films and how it has developed over the decades. Each episode covered a different form of music, from classical/orchestral to popular music and finally electronic.
