houghy_1
Been paying just over £100 per month for last 3 years with EDF and the account is over £140 in credit and i am more than happy with that and their customer services... so EDF get the big thumbs up as far i am concerned!!! We switchedabout 5 months ago using the "EPIC!!!" comparison site from British Gas standard to EDF's 2 year fixed Blue thingy deal, our monthly bills have gone from nearly £100 to £60 a month for dual fuel. No problems so far, bills gone up £1 to £60 recently. Just my 2p :-)
charliewag
i'm with sse and am quite happy to stay with them for now. however, earlier this year i recieved gas and electric statements from them and i was nearly £300 in credit. they said this money would be carried over for the next year. i phoned asking for the money to be paid into my bank account otherwise i would change supplier. two days later they had paid it back. francypants
Renationalisation is the only answer. I agree totally. When it was just YEB or British gas everybody knew where they were. Now it's a free for all, a bloody minefield. Privatisation doesn't work.
